Sharon Osbourne Disses Kanye West, Says He Should Sell Cars For A Living

Image

According to Sharon Osbourne, Kanye West is Kanye West’s number one fan.

The former “America’s Got Talent” judge disses West in a new interview, telling the Daily Beast, “I have no time for him.”

“He bores me,” she says. “He’s an average-looking man with an average talent, but he’s a great salesman. He should sell cars because they would f**kin’ fly out the door. He’s his number one fan.”

But West isn’t the only star Osbourne has a problem with — The “Talk” host continued to give her two cents on other artists like Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake and Justin Bieber. Although she thinks Swift and Timberlake are “brilliant,” Osbourne insists Bieber is acting out because “he wants to be a mean boy.”

“It’s like pissing in a bucket. It’s like, ‘Oh, we’re the bad boys!’ F**k off! You don’t know what bad is,” Osbourne jokes, adding, “I think that he’s lost, I really do. I think he doesn’t realize he’s white and not black, that’s a huge problem. And, at the point he’s at in his career, it’s so dangerous because we’ve seen it all before a million times. Where do you go when you’re a child entertainer and then you want to transition to be a man? Very few make it.”

Well Sharon, thank you for your input.

Men in Hollywood who’ve been beaten up!

charlieAfter actress Emma Roberts was arrested for thrashing boyfriend Evan Peters, the press finally asked whether male domestic abuse victims get the short end of the stick. Here’s a list of other men in Hollywood who’ve been beaten up

We’ve all heard about the Chris Browns and the Charlie Sheens of Hollywood, but in a rare case of role-reversal, actress Emma Roberts, who’s starred in films like We The Millers, but is best known as the niece of Julia Roberts, was taken into police custody after she left her boyfriend Evan Peters with a bloody nose and bite marks following a fight in their hotel room. Later, reports suggested that they “were both hitting each other”, but Roberts was arrested simply because Peters sustained ‘obvious physical injuries’. It was also implied by several media outlets that the couple had a “passionate love affair”, with the reps for both actors saying, “It was an unfortunate incident and misunderstanding… and the couple are working together to move past it.”

The above is a bit deja vu-istic if we were to look at similar past incidents ( yes, there are predecessors to Roberts when it comes to female celebs abusing their partners). If there’s cheating involved on the guy’s part, he’s widely considered to have ‘deserved it’ (see: Tiger Woods). Otherwise, in all these cases, the abuse is seen as the fallout of a “passionate relationship”, with these women’s better halves often choosing to drop the charges or even deny that the incident ever took place.

Liz Taylor tried to lure Burton into 3rd marriage

Elizabeth Taylor was so obsessed with Richard Burton that she set up a 50,000 pound-a-week role in a bid to wed him for third time, it has been revealed.

Her plot to rekindle the tempestuous affair with the part in a play for her life’s leading man is portrayed in the BBC4 bio-drama ‘Burton and Taylor’, the Mirror reported.

But Taylor’s hopes for fresh romance following the comeback were smashed when he went off and married his younger lover during the run.

And the ill-fated tour ended with a scorned Taylor venting her fury on Burton for real each night on stage in Noel Coward’s Private Lives, about a divorced couple.

She invented new lines and attacked him with real force during fight scenes.

She even tried to sabotage him by unexpectedly walking on stage with her pet parrot, Alvin.

Set in New York in the summer of 1983, starring Helena Bonham-Carter and Dominic West, Burton and Taylor tells of their sell-out but critically-slated seven-month run of Coward’s comedy.

I am very greedy about being an actor: Vidya Balan

ImageFrom a single mother to a sex symbol, Vidya Balan has portrayed a range of characters on the big screen and says acting allows you to live another person’s world.

“I don’t think it (acting) is about proving oneself. It is about inhibiting another person’s world, one you have not been in before. I think as an actor, living a person’s life is exciting,” Vidya told media.

Vidya was recently seen as a plump loud Punjabi woman with an unusual dressing sense in Rajkumar Gupta directed Ghanchakkar and the actress says she always finds a way to connect with her characters, and managed to do with this one too.

“There is also a part of them, which I connect with. My character in Ghanchakkar is not someone who I could identify with her initially, but the point of identification was that she was just happy with herself.”

“I might not be happy with myself all the time, but I love people like that. You find that point of identification with the character,” she said.

Although at the box office, Ghanchakkar couldn’t do much, but the critics and audiences praised Vidya’s performance.

She finds appreciation humbling.

“I feel humbled when people say that. I am just doing work, which I believe in,” said the actress who played central roles in Kahaani and The Dirty Picture, but was okay being second fiddle in Ghanchakkar.

“In Ghanchakkar, Sanju ( Emraan Hashmi) was the central character. I was not the protagonist. I was ok with it as I love the character. I don’t have set notions and don’t take on that kind of pressure. My only dream was to be an actor and I am living my dream to the fullest,” she said.

Vidya is married to Siddharth Roy Kapur, managing director of Studios, Disney UTV, but unlike her husband, she does not want to enter production business.

“I don’t want to start producing films. I am very greedy about being an actor and I always have a producer at home,” she said.

What about creative satisfaction?

“After The Dirty Picture, I thought I had done everything that needed to be done. But I was even taken aback when Rajkumar Gupta came to me with Ghanchakkar. I felt grateful to him that he could think of me in this diametrically opposite character. But he was also making a diametrically opposite film.”
